The company mold department existing computer CNC machining centers 4 sets, EDM processing equipment 4 sets, milling machine 8 sets, grinding machine 2 sets, Large-scaleturning lathe 2 sets, Large radial drilling machines 2 sets, automatic lathes 4 sets and other equipment. Capacity to complete above 50 sets of molds per month, and mold engineer have several designers, several programmers, three product designers, and ministry of the mold have 30 employees.

Injection department existing injection molding machine 15 sets, tonnage from 90 tons to 350 tons, injection department have 35 employees, oil spray department have 30 employees, oil spray department have one production line for normal oil spray, one line for UV pull.
